Make no mistake about this. I was anti-social in the 80′s and that didn’t work out at all either.

I am not feeling sick, just a little tired after a very exercise full weekend in Western MA. We went to Catamount and climbed and zip-lined then climberd 1600+ feet up Monument mountain the next day.

Perhaps there are a few things that have held you back over the years. Perhaps it was a friendship or relationship that was hard to let go of. Maybe you were working in a job you just didn’t like or want. Whatever it was, its ok to acknowledge it and let it go. Don’t try and resuscitate something that is not worth of your time and efforts. Stop giving CPR to dead situations…

People sometimes fly off the handle at others on social media. This is interesting only because you think you know somebody and clearly you may not know them at all. How many of your social media friends would lend you a hand in an emergency situation? How many social media friends have been helpful in helping you get an interview or a land a job?
