How many times have you said the phrase “It is what it is”. Well it is what it is and will always be if that’s how you truly want it. The energy you expel in accepting that phrase seems to me to indicate that you have no control and life just runs you over. This isn’t acceptable. Not accepting, changing things up, risking happiness and striving for more let that be your new mantra.
Start spreading the news if you have not!
A few years ago when I was working in Boston producing events and fundraisers for groups I was fortunate enough to meet Sam Berns. It was right before he spoke at the Progeria fundraiser in Cambridge, MA in 2010. He was very well spoken and inspirational and I wish I had gotten to know him even better. I heard about his passing last month on WEEI in Boston and I just found the link to the HBO documentary that tells his story. I recommend it very much.
