This sums up this past thanksgiving. We had a fresh turkey from Natick Organic farm this year. It was perfect. 23.5 lbs of gobble gobble deliciousness. I cooked it for 12 people and everyone loved it or said they did. My vegetarian daughter had thirds so it must have been good.  If not for almost burning off my eyelashes and brows when taking bird out at end of cooking my story might be even more uneventful. It is the first time I can say thank god I wear glasses. Speaking of god, I stole this meme from my father brother’s Facebook page so thanks John.
