Give people the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes things that appear really bad are not as bad. Don’t overwhelm yourself with anger or panic over things or people you cannot control. They aren’t yours to control anyway. Take care of yourself, and your family. Take control of your life. Do the things that you need to take care of and leave the problems that others face for them to figure out. Unless you are a professional social worker trying to be a caregiver for others is not advised. Giving thoughtful advice is good, trying to solve another person’s problems not so good. Be a good listener and a better friend.
